Booking Guidelines
- Bookings require payment in full to confirm.
- Cancellations may be refunded based upon the date of cancellation and booking platform used. If you book through the website,
- 30 days or more prior to arrival date: refunded in full;
- 8-29 days prior to arrival date: 50% refund;
- 7 days or less prior to arrival date: non-refundable.
- Rates are charged in US dollars. Guests will be responsible for any fees charged to them by their bank or credit card company for facilitating a foreign transaction.
- There is a 9% Tourist Accommodation Tax charged by the Belize Tourism Board.
- No additional cleaning fee.
- Check-in begins at 3:00 pm. Check-out ends at 11:00 am.
Additional Guidelines
- No parties or events allowed.
- No unregistered guests allowed.
- No smoking inside the cabanas or on the front porch. There will be a $500 BZD cleaning fee for violation of this guideline. There is a designated smoking area with benches right across from the cabanas.
- No pets allowed.
- No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
- Please take care of your keys. Lost keys will incur a replacement fee of $50 BZD.
- Please take care of the furnishings. We understand that accidents happen, so just let us know if anything is broken or damaged and we will take care of it as soon as possible. Rooms are thoroughly cleaned, inventoried, and inspected between guests.
